About Bihar Skill Development Mission

Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) was constituted in the year 2010 with the vision to increase the capacity & capability of the system to deliver quality skill training and professional knowledge to the youth to enhance their employability and bridge the skill deficit with a view to meet the growing demand for skilled manpower.

The Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) has launched a unique skill training Programme by the name of "Kushal Yuva Program" which would enhance the employability Skills of all aspirants in the age group of 15-28 years (Age limit for SC/ST, OBC & People with Disabilities is as follows: SC/ST - 33 years, OBC - 31 years, PwD - 33 years), who have passed at least 10th Class irrespective of their having attained higher education or their currently pursuing higher education. Soft Skills training would comprise of Life skills, Communications Skills (English & Hindi) and Basic computer literacy which in turn would enhance their employability and act as a value add to the various domain specific training endeavors currently being implemented in Bihar.

BSDM existing network has 1650+ Kushal Yuva Program Skill Development Center across Bihar.

Please find roles and responsibilities of Learning Facilitator below:

  • Learning Facilitators who are qualified & expert in teaching in Computer tools like MS-Office i.e. MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint, IT Concepts and General Awareness.
  • Learning Facilitator who are qualified & expert in teaching English & Hindi Language.



Eligibility:

It is preferable to have a trainer who has passed the KYP Course and is having educational qualification of minimum 12th pass, unless he/she has a higher Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.




Important Dates:

  • Last date for registration: 16th January 2019, till 11.59 PM
  • Online test i.e. OnCeT Exam: 19th January 2019
  • Results of online test: 23rd January 2019



Work Location:

The Work Location for Learning Facilitator will be KYP SDC across Bihar.




Registration & Selection Process:

Registration: Candidates should visit 'http://lfempanelment.skillmissionbihar.org/' or click on 'Apply Now' for the online application, on or before 16th January 2019, till 11.59 PM.

Required Documents:

  1. Candidate register on the KYP Portal i.e. http://lfempanelment.skillmissionbihar.org/
  2. Fill up the details like personal details, AADHAR No., contact details, correspondence details etc.
  3. Upload Photo & qualification documents like (SSC, HSC, Graduation, Work experience letter)

Selection process shall be Two Stage Process. The stages involved in selection process are listed below:

Stage 1: Online Test i.e. OnCeT Exam

Candidates are required to appear for an Online Test as per the details mentioned below:

  • Marks: 100 Marks
  • Duration: 3 Hours
  • Total Paper: Three
    • OnCeT Process Paper: 50 Marks
    • OnCeT Proficiency_English Paper: 25 Marks
    • OnCeT Proficiency_IT Paper: 25 Marks

Exam Guideline:

Important Note:
Dear Candidate,
You will received the SMS of Login Credential i.e. Username and Password for Online Test on your registered Mobile Number by 18th January 2019 Evening. Your online Test will be conducted on 19th January 2019 between 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM. You can attend the exam between 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM.

Format of Username and Password: Your username will be as lff19yourregisteredmailid and password will be registered mobile number registered during registration process.
For Example:
Username: lff19mhawaldar@gmail.com
Password: 9000000000

Candidates are required to appear for an Online Test as per the details mentioned below:

Online Test i.e. OnCeT Exam will be conducted on MKCL secured Browser i.e. ERA Explorer.
Install the MKCL Secured Browser i.e. ERA Explorer from below mentioned link on your Computer System:

Follow the below mentioned Step to Start the Exam on exam date i.e. 19th January 2019:

  • Click/Start ERA Explorer browser present on your computer system. Select Server as Online Exam Server (Internet required) then click on proceed option and wait for a while.
  • Now Examination Event Name will appear as OnCeT Exam (For AO & SDC_Feb19). Select the Exam Event OnCeT Exam (For AO & SDC_Feb19) as and Enter the Login Credential (Username and Password) received on registered Mobile Number. Now click on the option “Take a test :- OnCeT Exam (For AO & SDC_Feb19)”
  • Read the Important Instruction before beginning the Exam.

Login Credential for Exam will share by SMS on registered Mobile Number on 18th January 2019 by evening. Don’t delete the message received from BSDM.

Stage 2: Face to Face Interview & Selection

  1. Based on the Preference & Shortlisting by SDC candidate will be scheduled for face to face interview.
  2. After the interview SDC will select the candidate & provide the offer letter.
  3. Selected candidate will be marked as in the system & will not be available for other SDCs.
  4. If the candidate got rejected, S/he will be available to the next SDCs as per the candidate preference.
  5. Selected candidate data will be transferred to SDCs SOLAR login under HR details.



Terms & Conditions:

  • This is only a ‘Resource Pool Creation’ initiative and does not directly/indirectly imply ‘Selection & Recruitment’ process of any kind.
  • BSDM will only create an ePlatform for the applicant to connect to BSDM’s Skill Development Center who require competent Learning Facilitators.
  • Selection/non-selection of any/all applicant shall be at the sole discretion of the SDC. Employment of any kind (part-time/full-time) and terms of employment at the SDC will be mutually agreed by the concerned SDC & the Applicant.
  • Under no circumstances, BSDM will be responsible directly/indirectly to the applicant/SDC/any third party if the applicant is not selected or employed by any SDC.
  • BSDM does not guarantee any kind of employment/terms of employment (including remuneration and tenure) to any applicant.
  • All the SDCs are independent entities and are not BSDM’s exclusive Franchisees.
  • BSDM is not involved in deciding the selection process in each SDC.
  • Applicant if employed in any of the SDCs will become employees of the concerned SDC only and BSDM will not in any manner be directly/indirectly responsible for such employment.
