Documents Required For New Center Registration Process 2017

AO should submit the following documents at the time of DMT visit. Also they should upload the soft copy of same by using their SOLAR login.

1. Governing/Legal Documents

   For Places falling in the jurisdiction of Municipal corporations / Municipalities / Nagar panchayats

   For Proprietorship	Registration under (or applied for) Bihar Shops & Establishment Act Or Udyog Aadhar Registration
   For Partnership	Registered Partnership Deed
   For Trust	Registration Certificate & Trust Deed
   For Society	Registration Certificate and Rules & Regulations
   For Cooperative Society	Registration Certificate and Rules & Regulations
   For Public & Private Ltd. Co.	Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum & Article of Association
   Government Entities not falling in any of the above categories	Letter from appropriate authority

   For Grampanchyat Place

   For Proprietorship	Self-declaration about owning or having a rented premise for running training programme Or Udyog Aadhar Registration
   For Partnership	Registered Partnership deed
   For Trust	Registration Certificate & Trust Deed
   For Society	Registration Certificate and Rules & Regulations
   For Cooperative Society	Registration Certificate and Rules & Regulations
   For Public & Private Ltd. Co.	Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum & Article of Association
   Government Entities not falling in any of the above categories	Letter from appropriate authority

2. Premises

   If Owned	Proof of ownership
   If Rented	Rent Agreement on stamp paper

3. AO will upload the copy of PAN card.
   If the applicant is of following types then their respective PAN card details are required.
   • Proprietorship – Individual Applicants PAN Card
   • Partnership – Firm’s/Company’s PAN Card
   • Trust – Trust’s PAN Card
   • Society – Society’s PAN Card
   • Cooperative Society – Cooperative Society PAN Card
   • Public & Private Ltd. Co. – Public & Private Ltd. Co. PAN Card
   • Government Entities not falling in any of the above categories – PAN Card of Authorized representative
